Rogers & Hammerstein’s last Broadway show turned out to be the most enduring and popular of them all. 

Based on a true story set in Austria in 1938, THE SOUND OF MUSIC tells of a detour on Maria Rainier’s journey to become a nun.  Along the way, we’re treated to those musical standards “Do, Re Mi”, “Climb Every Mountain”, and the ever-popular “Edelweiss”.
