How do I make a reservation?

When are payments due?
One-day tours require full payment within14 days of making the reservation. Multi-day tours typically require a deposit that is due within seven days of making the reservation. Final payments are due one month prior to departure. Please reference specific tour itineraries for detailed information.Show Less
Where are the pick-up locations? When should I arrive at my location?

What about tipping?
Tipping of drivers is not included in the price of the tour. Gratuities are customary, are a personal matter, and should be handled on an individual basis.Show Less

How do cancellations & refunds work?
Attractions, theatres and hotels have become more stringent in their cancellation policies thus forcing us to do the same. ALL ONE-DAY TOURS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS YOU FIND A SUBSTITUTE. If KM Tours finds a replacement the payment is transferable to another tour. It is NOT refundable. On longer tours, any applicable refunds will be handled on an individual basis, and will be determined after an evaluation of any recoverable funds. How should I pay?
Payments should be made by cash, personal check or money order made payable to KM Tours. Separate checks should be issued for each tour if possible. Please include the tour number on the memo line of the check. Credit Cards are accepted for some trips.Show Less
